I encounter upon UX design without realizing it. It turns out, the process I naturally follow—beginning with an idea, sketching it out, gathering feedback, and refining based on input—is UX design in action.

I'm not just interested in helping others or solving problems, I LOVE the problems! For me, tackling challenges isn't just work; it's my playground. It's where I dive in, embark on journeys—sometimes challenging ones—to drive change or offer assistance.
